About Resilience

Resilience is an inclusive word that includes sustainability, justice, peace, health and other visions of places where we all want to live. Resilience communities are able to recover from climate distruptions and natural disasters to be stronger than they were before.

Community resilience grows in any ways and sizes, from a community center or library providing shelter and supplies during emergency, a church or school “going green,” neighbors sharing locally grown food, and so on.

It’s a wrap!

Thank you to all of our 2024 workshop series guest speakers and participants!
